Maksim is the Chairman of the Council of the Mogylnytsky and Partners law firm, member of the Advocates Chamber of Moscow Oblast and the Chamber’s Advocates Rights Protection Commission, member of the Russian Advocates’ Guild, member of the International Union (Commonwealth) of Advocates.

  • Defending the ex-deputy head of a regional state executive body in criminal proceedings over alleged bribery offence.
  • Defending the CEO of a steel mill in criminal proceedings over air pollution charges. The evidence collected by advocates helped completely refute the charges. The case is now being considered by a city court in the region.
  • Representing the aggrieved party in a criminal case over attempted murder of a businessman. Thanks to the proactive stance of the Mogylnytsky & Partners team, the investigators were able to collect material evidence and information that narrow down the pool of suspects.
